Blech
I have a cold, so therefore, I am not witty.
The Chandelier Monkey, who normally naps for an hour and a half to two hours graced me with a ONE HOUR nap today. Just as soon as I had laid down and started napping myself.
Ace is gone all day today. Won't be home until after the kids go to bed.
So there. An entry, but a "poor pitiful me" one.

I'm a mom of three peeps ... Queen Bee, The Door Man, and the Chandelier Monkey, and wife to Ace, the Helpful Hardware Man. I created this space to get away from the people known as my inlaws, and because life with three kids and a hubby is all Unexplored Territory.
The nine-year-old who seems to be growing older every minute, has an opinion and a comment for everything, and has a true servant's heart.
The seven-year-old who loves the organization of things, will someday be someone's therapist because of his kind soul, and will more than likely be living with us until he is 40 years old.
The five-year-old with the 13-year-old attitude, who has a dictator's personality, asks you to watch her all the time and say "hold on" to keep your attention, and will someday come home on the back of some dude's motorcycle with 10 tatts and a body piercing or two.
The man of the house, the fixer of things, the winner of prizes, and the only person in his family to escape the South.
Complaining just to .... complain
Do you correct it or not?

feel better soon, and try to get some rest. It's so hard when you have little one.
My bug wouldn't sleep at ALL on Saturday and I was far too drained.
Ahh, the blech days. Hate 'em. And they always come in tandem with short naps and absent husbands, don't they?

Grace and peace to you, until you feel on your feet again. Plus, you don't have to be witty every day. We love you for being you.
Eesh. Tis the season. We've got the yuckies going around at our house, too. I made it through the girl's weekend without getting sick (and we had two with colds in attendance), and now a couple weeks later and I feel all icky thanks to my youngest who is in full-blown ick right now.
Joy.
